Are you craving some much-needed time for self-care and rejuvenation? Join us for a tranquility within retreat, a one-day journey of self-discovery through tranquil sound baths, mindful qigong movement and beautiful feng shui learning. Perfect for home owners or interior designers that want to create spaces with set intentions and good vibrations. 

At our retreat, you will experience a number of sound bath healing sessions, qigong mindful movement and fun hands on learning about crystal placement and feng shui techniques to bring more energy to your life. With a nourishing lunch to help you feel more centered, refreshed and balanced, you will find the retreat is the perfect balance for self-care and rejuvenation. Our experienced hosts, Kerry-Anne and Lisa, will guide you through every step of the way. ​ Kerry-Anne is a passionate facilitator of feng shui and qigong, and has a gift for helping people find their own wisdom and inner strength.

​Lisa is a practitioner of sound healing, using the power of vibrations and frequencies to soothe your nervous system and calm your mind.

What is included:  In-person 1 day training, delicious gourmet fired pizza lunch (GF), take home feng shui kit and an introduction to Feng Shui certificate from Ebb & Flow Studio. As well as a social and relaxing experience of sound baths and qigong.

What to bring: a floor plan of your home (just photograph your draftsmans plans on your phone or draw it roughly yourself). Comfortable clothes for the qigong plus yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the soundbath experiences.

Cost: $160 includes lunch (you may choose to use Pay in 4 via PayPal to divide the payments up).

If you would like to spend some time in the Beautiful Blue Mountains this is the retreat for you. There are many local B&B's and other accomodation options just ask and you can make it a retreat and stay over. Kerry-Anne is happy to help you with any add-ons and local knowledge.
