Kerry-Anne Knibbs has diplomas in - Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, Counselling and Art Therapy. She also has a teaching degree. She has always had her toes dipped in the world of Visual Arts. These days working as a full-time Artist and Art Teacher.

"My paintings are symbolic and spiritual. I am an uplifter via the framework of symbolism and intention viewed through the ancient lens of Feng Shui, the practice of great harmony with nature. In an artistic context, symbolism means the use of concrete images, shapes, colours and sounds to convey a deeper, abstract meaning. Symbolic artists express their ideas and thoughts through symbols, metaphors and allegories, which helped them show a deeper meaning of the world than just surface phenomena. Henry David Thoreau says - 'Our truest life is when we are in our dreams awake'. Feng Shui is a transformative practice that feathers our nests with our dreams. I paint dreams, aspirations and intentions that we wish to hold."

Kerry-Anne has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which is a complex condition and thus she works from home in a paced and supported environment in her studio in the Blue Mountains.
